Creating a mutual partnership
Partnering with us doesn’t mean giving up your practice. Instead, the vets and para-vets working within a practice will own the majority of their practice, with co.mpanion veterinary practitioners bringing continuity and alignment across the independent practices.
Defining roles and responsibilities
While you’re focusing on taking care of your patients, co.mpanion operations will take care of the rest. For a percentage of your gross monthly revenue, co.mpanion operations will help keep the demands of running a successful business separate from providing the best clinical care.

- We’ll first need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure your information is protected
- Then we’ll get to know your business financials and other business-related matters
- We’ll offer a “high level” valuation of your practice
- We’ll find ways to bring more actively involved veterinary team partners (from your current team and
outside) into shareholding - We’ll get to know your core clinical expertise and opportunities
- And once again, we’ll both decide whether we’re interested in building something bigger together
Refining & finalising the proposal
- You’ll get to review the details of the financials and business documents
- We’ll put together financing options and arrangements that will suit you
- We’ll discuss the legal documents
- Then, we’ll tweak and agree on the valuation
- Finally, it’s time to celebrate as we sign the documentation and begin our journey together
